What does Monal Apparels sell?
We sell men's and women's leather jackets, including biker, bomber, cafe racer, trucker, moto and blazer-inspired styles.
How do I choose a size?
Men's jackets are available in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Women's jackets are available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Select your size on the product page. Use our US sizing guide for measurements in inches and help choosing a size.
What if a jacket is sold out?
A sold-out item is not currently available to buy. Contact us to ask about availability; we do not promise a restock date unless one has been confirmed.
Prices and payment
Which currency are prices shown in?
All prices, shipping charges and payments are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
How can I pay?
Choose from the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available wallet options depend on your device, browser and location. Never send card information through email or our contact form.
Delivery and orders
Where do you ship?
We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. See our Shipping Policy.
How much does delivery cost, and how long will it take?
Standard shipping to eligible destinations costs $19.99 USD per order. Delivery is within 7 calendar days after your order and payment are confirmed, including processing and transit. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track an order?
Open the link in your shipping email or visit Track your order and sign in using your checkout email.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us promptly. We can cancel before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment starts. Shipped orders follow our return process.
Returns and support
Do you accept returns on sale items?
Yes. Eligible regular-price and sale items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays return postage?
You pay return postage for a change of mind, preferred size or preferred color. We do not charge a restocking fee. We cover reasonable return postage for a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
