How to track your delivery
- Sign in using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the relevant order to see its current status.
- When your order has shipped and tracking is available, follow the carrier tracking link.
You can also open the order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping email. Keep that personal link private.
Delivery time
We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delivery to eligible destinations is within 7 calendar days after your order and payment are confirmed. This includes processing and transit. If your order has not arrived within this time, contact us with your order number.
No tracking update yet?
Tracking appears after fulfilment information is added to the order. A carrier may take time to record the first scan after receiving a parcel. A confirmed order is not necessarily dispatched.
Need help?
Email monalapparels@gmail.com with your order number if you cannot find an order, the delivery seems delayed or tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing. Check your spam folder for confirmation emails.
