Shipping policy

United States delivery

We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Enter your complete US delivery address at checkout.

Flat-rate shipping: $19.99 USD

Standard shipping costs $19.99 USD per order, regardless of the number of jackets in that order. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. Applicable taxes and the full order total are displayed at checkout before payment.

All product prices, shipping charges and payments are in US dollars (USD).

Delivery within 7 days

United States orders are delivered within 7 calendar days after your order and payment are confirmed. This total includes order processing and carrier transit time; it is not an additional 7 days after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within this period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will communicate the update and help resolve it.

Tracking your order

When your order ships and tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation with the carrier tracking link. You can also visit Track Your Order.

A shipping label does not mean that the carrier has received the package; the first tracking scan may appear after handover.

Address corrections, delays and missing packages

Check your shipping address before paying. Email us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If tracking stops updating or a package is damaged or missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
